Bali Airport VIP lounge access provides premium waiting areas at Ngurah Rai International Airport with complimentary food, beverages, high-speed WiFi, shower facilities, and comfortable seating. Available for both departures (international and domestic terminals) and arrivals, lounge access can be booked standalone from $35 per person or included in our Premium and VVIP concierge packages.
Ngurah Rai International Airport offers several VIP lounge options across its international and domestic terminals. The premier international departure lounge features 200+ seats across 850 square meters, with panoramic runway views, hot buffet dining, premium bar service, private shower suites, business centers with printing facilities, and dedicated prayer rooms. The lounge operates 24 hours daily, accommodating all flight schedules.
Additional options include the arrival VIP lounge (for guests awaiting delayed baggage or coordinating ground transport), the domestic terminal lounge, and the ultra-exclusive Presidential Suite — a private room available for heads of state, celebrities, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals requiring complete privacy. Our concierge team has access to all lounge facilities and can recommend the best option based on your terminal, timing, and preferences.

Your concierge agent escorts you directly to the lounge after immigration processing — no searching for the entrance, no queuing at the lounge reception, no payment hassles. Simply walk in, present your name, and enjoy. For departure guests, your agent monitors flight boarding announcements and escorts you to the gate when boarding begins, so you never miss your flight.
Independent lounge access (without full concierge service) is also available. Book online through our WhatsApp, and we send you a digital lounge pass with a QR code valid for your travel date. Present the QR code at the lounge entrance for seamless entry.

The Tujuwan VIP Lounge is located in the international arrivals terminal at Ngurah Rai Airport, accessible after clearing immigration and customs. It provides a premium retreat for travelers who want to freshen up, rest, or enjoy refreshments before continuing their journey.
Facilities include: Comfortable seating with USB charging ports, complimentary food and beverage service (local and international options), high-speed dedicated WiFi, private shower rooms with toiletries, prayer room, luggage storage, and quiet zones for rest or work.
Operating hours: The Tujuwan Lounge operates extended hours, typically from 05:00 to 01:00, covering all major international arrival windows. During peak season, hours may be extended to 24-hour operation.
Late-night arrivals (22:00–02:00): After a long Emirates or Qatar Airways flight landing at midnight, the lounge provides a place to shower, change clothes, and have a warm meal before the 90-minute drive to Ubud or Canggu. This is especially valuable when your villa check-in isn’t until morning.
Families with young children: The lounge provides a calm, air-conditioned environment to change clothes, feed children, and organize luggage before heading into Bali’s tropical heat and traffic.

As a standalone add-on: Add lounge access to any service package for USD 35 per person. This is the most popular add-on for travelers booking the Essential fast track package (USD 89 + USD 35 = USD 124 total for fast track + lounge).
Walk-in access: The lounge accepts walk-in guests at the door for IDR 500,000–750,000 (~USD 31–47) depending on availability and duration. However, pre-booking through our concierge guarantees entry even during peak periods when the lounge may reach capacity.
Yes. The departure side of the international terminal has lounge options accessible after clearing departure immigration. Our departure concierge Premium package includes departure lounge access, perfect for relaxing before your flight with food, drinks, and comfortable seating.
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome. The lounge provides a family-friendly environment with appropriate food options. Children under 2 enter free; children aged 2–11 are charged at 50% of the adult rate when added to a concierge package.
Yes. Private shower rooms with clean towels, basic toiletries (shampoo, soap, lotion), and hair dryers are available. This is particularly valuable for red-eye arrivals who want to freshen up before starting their Bali itinerary. Shower rooms are first-come, first-served but rarely have a wait.
