How do I book Bali Airport Concierge?
The fastest way to book is via WhatsApp at +62 811 3809 193. Send us your flight details, number of passengers, and desired services. We confirm availability and pricing within 15 minutes during business hours. You can also email us at info@baliairportconcierge.com. We recommend booking at least 48 hours before arrival for the best experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (USD or IDR), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard — 3% processing surcharge), PayPal, and cash on arrival (USD or IDR). Corporate clients can arrange monthly invoicing with NET-30 terms. Payment is due 24 hours before service for pre-booked guests, or upon arrival for last-minute bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before service. 50% charge for cancellations 24-48 hours before. Full charge for under 24 hours. Force majeure events (natural disasters, airline cancellations, volcanic eruptions) receive full refund or free rescheduling. Date changes are free with 24+ hours notice.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Provide the passenger’s full name (as on passport), flight number, arrival/departure time, phone number, and drop-off address. We coordinate directly with the traveler via WhatsApp and send agent details 24 hours before the service. This is popular for parents booking for children, companies for executives, and hotels for guests.
Airport Services
How long does fast-track immigration take?
With our fast-track service, immigration processing takes under 5 minutes at VIP counters. This compares to 45-90 minutes in standard queues during peak hours. What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights in real-time using FlightRadar24 and airport operations data. If your flight is delayed, your concierge agent and driver automatically adjust their timing. We accommodate delays up to 6 hours within the standard service fee at no additional charge. You don’t need to notify us — we track it automatically.
Do you provide services for domestic flights?
Yes. Domestic arrival packages start at $25 (meet & greet) and $49 (concierge with fast-track security on departure). While domestic flights skip immigration, our service covers gate meet, luggage handling, porter service, and luxury vehicle transfer.
Which airlines do you work with?
All airlines operating at Ngurah Rai International Airport — international and domestic. This includes Garuda Indonesia, Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways, Emirates, Cathay Pacific, ANA, Korean Air, Qantas, Jetstar, AirAsia, Lion Air, Batik Air, and all other carriers. Our service is independent of airline partnerships.
Visa & Immigration
Do I need a visa for Bali?
Most visitors from 99 eligible countries can obtain a Visa on Arrival (VOA) for 500,000 IDR (~$35 USD), valid for 30 days and extendable once. Some ASEAN countries qualify for visa-free entry (30 days, not extendable). Others need an e-Visa applied for online before travel. See our complete visa guide for your nationality.
What documents do I need?
Valid passport (6+ months validity from entry date), return or onward flight ticket, and VOA payment ($35 USD or 500,000 IDR). Our agents handle all form completion. If you’ve applied for an e-Visa, have the approval letter accessible on your phone.
Transfers & Vehicles
What vehicles do you offer?
Luxury sedans (Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series), premium MPVs (Toyota Alphard, Hyundai Staria), SUVs (Toyota Land Cruiser, Pajero Sport), VIP vans (Toyota HiAce VIP), and special occasion vehicles (Mercedes S-Class, stretch limousines). Do you provide child car seats?
Yes, free of charge. We offer infant seats (0-12 months), child seats (1-4 years), and booster seats (4-8 years), all meeting international safety standards. Specify requirements when booking and we install before your arrival.
How much is the transfer to my hotel?

Can you handle large groups?
Yes. We regularly process groups of 20-50+ passengers including wedding parties, corporate retreats, and tour groups. We deploy multiple agents (1 per 8-10 guests), coordinate with immigration for additional VIP counters, and arrange vehicle fleets. Group discounts: 5-9 people 10% off, 10-19 people 15% off, 20+ people 20% off.
Do you offer services for Muslim travelers?
Yes. Our halal concierge service includes Arabic-speaking agents, prayer time coordination, halal dining guidance, female agents on request, and mosque/musholla locations throughout your journey.
