Our Story
Bali Airport Concierge was founded to solve a simple problem: Ngurah Rai International Airport’s infrastructure hadn’t kept pace with Bali’s explosive tourism growth. While the island welcomed over 6 million international visitors annually, the arrival experience — long immigration queues, chaotic taxi areas, and lack of premium services — remained inconsistent with the luxury hospitality Bali’s resorts are famous for.
We set out to create an airport experience that matched the quality of Bali’s finest hotels. Starting with arrival concierge services for a handful of luxury villas and resorts, we grew through reputation alone — every guest who experienced our service told colleagues, friends, and family. Today, we serve guests from 60+ countries, manage corporate accounts for Fortune 500 companies, and provide comprehensive ground services for private aviation, diplomatic visits, and high-profile events.
