Frequently Asked Questions
Are there hidden fees?
No. All listed prices include airport fees, government taxes, porter service, and standard service components. The only additional costs are: VOA government fee ($35 USD, if applicable), VIP lounge (if not included in your package), and luxury vehicle transfer (if not included).
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer (USD/IDR), credit card (Visa/Mastercard, 3% surcharge), PayPal, and cash on arrival (USD or IDR). Corporate clients can arrange monthly invoicing. Payment is due 24 hours before service, or on arrival for last-minute bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before service. 50% charge for 24-48 hour cancellations. Full charge for under 24 hours. Force majeure (natural disasters, airline cancellations) receives full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
